Although the Madison itself is a beautiful, comfortable space, some of the best features of your stay with us will be found in the community and the greater DFW area. The Madison is perfectly located along Lake Carolyn which provides fine dining situated along the river-walk style paths that are accessible right from the apartment complex. Get PNW style dishes at Pacific Table, grab a Texas style steak at LAW Restaurant, enjoy an elevated Mexican dish at Hugo’s Invitados, or grab your favorite Lone Star State beer at Outlaw Taproom or the Ginger Man.
Want to cruise the lake on a private tour? Rent a Gondola boat and cruise around at sunset. Best part, the boats are BYOB.
Are you a golfer? TPC Four Seasons, Las Colinas Country Club, Cottonwood Valley, and Luna Vista Golf Course are all under 10 minutes from the Madison.
Catching a sports event or a concert while in town? We are just 20 minutes from AT&T Stadium (Cowboys, NFL) and just 13 minutes from American Airlines Center (Dallas Stars, NHL). Toyota Music Factory is just a three minute drive and hosts live music frequently.

The Madison is also directly across from the Urban Center stop of the DART rail system. With weekday stops every 25 minutes, the DART can get you where you want to go.
